Christopher Robert Evans is an American actor. His career began with roles in television series, including Opposite Sex in 2000. In 2005, after appearing on Not Another Teen Movie and Fantastic Four (and its sequel Fantastic Four Rise of the Silver Surfer 2007) The actor was recognized for playing the Marvel Comics superhero, the Human Torch. Evans was featured in a variety of films based on graphic novels and comics, such as TMNT (2007) Scott Pilgrim against. the World (2009) and Snowpiercer (2013). Alongside his character in the role of Captain America and Steve Rogers Evans was recognized for his work in his appearances in the Marvel Cinematic Universe movies Captain America: The First Captain America: The Winter Soldier (2015) and Captain America: Civil War. Because of his Marvel work, he became one of the highest-paid actors around the globe.
